Friday, December 15, 2023: Today I pulled The Star. This is a card I resonate with right now. After the destruction of the Tower arrives the Star as a symbol of hope. Standing in the rubble we look up and see the Star. There is still much rebuilding to be done. Life has its seasons and everything changes. Wednesday, December 13, 2023: Today I pulled the Three of Swords. The Three of Swords is about loss. Loss is a part of life. We deal with loss all the time. Even in happy long term relationships we have to deal with loss. Heidi Priebe said, “To love someone long-term is to attend a thousand funerals of the people they used to be. The people they’re too exhausted to be any longer. The people they don’t recognise inside themselves anymore. The people they grew out of, the people they never ended up growing into. We so badly want the people we love to get their spark back when it burns out; to become speedily found when they are lost.
