Wednesday, May 31, 2023: Today I pulled the 8 of Wands. This is a very powerful card of individual strength. It is the Strength Card (VIII) manifested in the element of fire. It is a card of authenticity, to ourself, and it's a call to our animal nature as well as our intellectual and spiritual selves. The conflict between nature and normalcy comes out in this card. We are expected by our culture to comply with expectations, those things we are told are normal. But, sometimes to be authentic we have go beyond normalcy and go against the grain. That's the energy I am sensing and calling upon. Sunday, May 28, 2023: Today the babycats crashed and we had to make a rushed trip to the humane society. They were seen, treated and sent home with antibiotics. It was not an easy morning and we had to stay focused and advocate for them.
