Journeys


Thursday, May 4, 2023: Journeys can be without, within or both. Usually it’s both. Today I pulled the Three of Wands again. This is a card of trusting the journey and the transformation it brings. Every journey starts with a single step and that’s often the hardest part.

Sunday, April 20, 2025: Today I pulled the Hermit. For me this is a card of inward reflection. The important thing is look at yourself and reflect on who you are now. This is not who the world expects you to be or who you were yesterday. Friday, February 24, 2023: Today I pulled the Hanged Man. For me this is a card of taking time and consideration of different perspectives. It’s between the powerful cards of Justice and Death in the Major Arcana. I’m invoking the Princess of Swords. I call this the mindfulness card. I read the Page/Princess cards as cards of having a beginner’s mind.
