The Aeon, I pulled Judgement today. It is at this phase of life where so many of my loves are on the other side of the veil that I look back on and begin to feel the massive enormity of life and impermanence. Sunday, April 21, 2024: Today I pulled the Ten of Cups. The tens, for me, mark a completion of a journey and a new beginning of a new phase of life. Today is the 33rd anniversary of the car accident. Candy was 33 when she died. She’s been dead about as long as she lived. The ten of Cups is about love and family and I spent the day with our son. Saturday, April 20, 2024: Today I pulled the Two of Swords. I often call this the shit- or-get-off-the-pot card. Life is a series of decisions. I see all the twos as reflecting the decision making process. Decisions can turn out bad or good. This two for me is about the nature of hard decisions, making them or not making them, which is a decision too. Often it comes down to stay or go. Generally we don’t get to see the consequences of unchosen paths. We just need to make decisions and trust the universe.
