Lovers


Tuesday, December 19, 2023: Today I pulled The Lovers. First off this is a card of choice. To be in a relationship requires consent. All relationships are optional. This card is about attraction, love, harmony… I believe it can be platonic as well as sexual. The lovers can be more than two, bromance or BFFs or queer platonic relationships or loving companions, friends and so much more. It’s about shared passion in its infinite forms of expression.

This card is a shapeshifter card that calls on me to use my strength and clear my mind of negativity and use the powers of the mind to escape the snare. I am invoking the Elder Spider oracle card, calling the spider to be on my side. Friday, February 24, 2023: Today I pulled the Hanged Man. For me this is a card of taking time and consideration of different perspectives. It’s between the powerful cards of Justice and Death in the Major Arcana. I’m invoking the Princess of Swords. I call this the mindfulness card. I read the Page/Princess cards as cards of having a beginner’s mind.
