Hope


Friday, December 15, 2023: Today I pulled The Star. This is a card I resonate with right now. After the destruction of the Tower arrives the Star as a symbol of hope. Standing in the rubble we look up and see the Star. There is still much rebuilding to be done. Life has its seasons and everything changes. Just as Summer follows Spring so too must Fall and Winter come. Change is good and inevitable. Embrace it!

Sunday, April 20, 2025: Today I pulled the Hermit. For me this is a card of inward reflection. The important thing is look at yourself and reflect on who you are now. This is not who the world expects you to be or who you were yesterday. Friday, February 24, 2023: Today I pulled the Hanged Man. For me this is a card of taking time and consideration of different perspectives. It’s between the powerful cards of Justice and Death in the Major Arcana. I’m invoking the Princess of Swords. I call this the mindfulness card. I read the Page/Princess cards as cards of having a beginner’s mind.
