Sunday, January 6, 2025: Today I pulled The Devil. Again, the cards are calling for transformation. The Devil is a card of willful subjugation. The submissive has the freedom to walk away. But, the submissive stays. What is it that binds the submissive? Is it unhealed trauma? Is it shame? I am invoking the Eight of Serpents. Eight is the Strength card in the major arcana. This eight is in the element of Air, in the mind. It calls the reader to find that strength inside themselves, to find the Strength to change their their internal serpents, their way of thinking, and change their life.
