Generations

Wednesday, January 8, 2024: Today I pulled the Ten of Pentacles. This card, in this deck, to me is all about the slow unstoppable change of time, the child, parent, crone cycle that is a basic fact of life. This wheel has been turning for eons, we are all just a part of this cycle of life. I am invoking The Wheel.

Sunday, April 20, 2025: Today I pulled the Hermit. For me this is a card of inward reflection. The important thing is look at yourself and reflect on who you are now. This is not who the world expects you to be or who you were yesterday. Friday, February 24, 2023: Today I pulled the Hanged Man. For me this is a card of taking time and consideration of different perspectives. It’s between the powerful cards of Justice and Death in the Major Arcana. I’m invoking the Princess of Swords. I call this the mindfulness card. I read the Page/Princess cards as cards of having a beginner’s mind.
