Do Not Self Oppress

It has been a long time since I have posted and I have felt my power atrophy.  The election plus time has not been easy and that plus not claiming my power has caused it to start slipping away. Well, I am back!

Today I pulled the Six of Wands. To me this card from this deck speak of valor. It's about facing adversity head on and forging ahead with what you got. "If your nerve deny you go above your nerve," Emily Dickinson writes. It's about knowing you only live once. There's power in that. Revolution seems right now that the fascists are winning. If we stand back and let them they will. Therefore, I am invoking Revolution!

Friday, February 24, 2023: Today I pulled the Hanged Man. For me this is a card of taking time and consideration of different perspectives. It’s between the powerful cards of Justice and Death in the Major Arcana. I’m invoking the Princess of Swords. I call this the mindfulness card. I read the Page/Princess cards as cards of having a beginner’s mind.
