Overload

 

Wednesday, April 25, 2024: Today I pulled the 10 of Wands. For me that’s indicative of being totally overwhelmed. Yes, there’s energy but sometimes it’s too much. This is the end of a difficult path and there’s no room to take on anything more. Rather than just let everything drop there’s an art to decommitment. Skillfully set things down knowing that nobody can pick something up unless you set it down first. Allowing people to collaborate and take leadership is the call for this time.

Sunday, April 20, 2025: Today I pulled the Hermit. For me this is a card of inward reflection. The important thing is look at yourself and reflect on who you are now. This is not who the world expects you to be or who you were yesterday. Friday, February 24, 2023: Today I pulled the Hanged Man. For me this is a card of taking time and consideration of different perspectives. It’s between the powerful cards of Justice and Death in the Major Arcana. I’m invoking the Princess of Swords. I call this the mindfulness card. I read the Page/Princess cards as cards of having a beginner’s mind.
