Conflict


Sunday, January 7, 2024: Today I pulled the Five of Swords. To me this card reflects what happens when we get angry and get in reactive mode. When we fight we lose our ability to think clearly. We lash out with our tongues. We are more concerned with winning. This is a good time to step away, perhaps use a safe word to disengage. The person we are angry with may not be the only one we hurting.

Sunday, April 20, 2025: Today I pulled the Hermit. For me this is a card of inward reflection. The important thing is look at yourself and reflect on who you are now. This is not who the world expects you to be or who you were yesterday. This is finding your own custom made just for yourself identity and letting go of expectations.  I am invoking the "Seeing The True You" Oracle Card. -- As always when I speak of life, love and Tarot I speak only for myself. Friday, February 24, 2023: Today I pulled the Hanged Man. For me this is a card of taking time and consideration of different perspectives. It’s between the powerful cards of Justice and Death in the Major Arcana. I’m invoking the Princess of Swords. I call this the mindfulness card. I read the Page/Princess cards as cards of having a beginner’s mind.
