Wounds

 

Wednesday, November 1, 2023: The Moon is the dark night of the soul. The Fool, by the time they get to the Moon, has lost their innocence. Emerging from the ruin of the Tower and the rebirth of the Star the Fool stands next to the shadow. The shadow becomes invisible as it becomes integrated and the Fool starts the journey to the Sun. I am invoking the “Release the Dark Wound, Let Love Live” oracle card. Taken together these cards are not an event. They are a process.

Sunday, April 20, 2025: Today I pulled the Hermit. For me this is a card of inward reflection. The important thing is look at yourself and reflect on who you are now. This is not who the world expects you to be or who you were yesterday. Friday, February 24, 2023: Today I pulled the Hanged Man. For me this is a card of taking time and consideration of different perspectives. It’s between the powerful cards of Justice and Death in the Major Arcana. I’m invoking the Princess of Swords. I call this the mindfulness card. I read the Page/Princess cards as cards of having a beginner’s mind.
