Trust


Monday, November 20, 2023: Today is the second day in a row I pulled an eight. Today it is the Eight of Cups. I have written before about the eights being cards of alignment of body, mind and spirit and how they can be shapeshifters. This is very evident in this card. This is in the realm of love and circulation. This eight says to me how it’s so important, most important, to be true to your own beautiful heart even if others may disapprove of who and how you love.

Sunday, April 20, 2025: Today I pulled the Hermit. For me this is a card of inward reflection. The important thing is look at yourself and reflect on who you are now. This is not who the world expects you to be or who you were yesterday. Friday, February 24, 2023: Today I pulled the Hanged Man. For me this is a card of taking time and consideration of different perspectives. It’s between the powerful cards of Justice and Death in the Major Arcana. I’m invoking the Princess of Swords. I call this the mindfulness card. I read the Page/Princess cards as cards of having a beginner’s mind.
