Waiting


Friday, April 7, 2023: This morning I pulled the Seven of Pentacles. This card is typically a card of pause, of waiting, of process and a harvest to be reaped sometime in the future. It’s the Chariot but in the slow element of Earth. I’m invoking the Teacher interpretation of the four card from the major arcana. We will be better positioned in the future if we learn today.

Sunday, April 20, 2025: Today I pulled the Hermit. For me this is a card of inward reflection. The important thing is look at yourself and reflect on who you are now. This is not who the world expects you to be or who you were yesterday. Friday, February 24, 2023: Today I pulled the Hanged Man. For me this is a card of taking time and consideration of different perspectives. It’s between the powerful cards of Justice and Death in the Major Arcana. I’m invoking the Princess of Swords. I call this the mindfulness card. I read the Page/Princess cards as cards of having a beginner’s mind.
