Messengers


Wednesday, April 12, 2023: Today I pulled the Hierophant. When I pull this card, so often associated with religious orthodoxy, I wonder about its effect in the minor arcana elements resulting in chaos, strife, poverty and heartbreak. The Hierophant is more than negative effects though. I am invoking the aspect of the messenger of this card. Change is possible.

Sunday, April 20, 2025: Today I pulled the Hermit. For me this is a card of inward reflection. The important thing is look at yourself and reflect on who you are now. This is not who the world expects you to be or who you were yesterday. This is finding your own custom made just for yourself identity and letting go of expectations.  I am invoking the "Seeing The True You" Oracle Card. -- As always when I speak of life, love and Tarot I speak only for myself. Friday, February 24, 2023: Today I pulled the Hanged Man. For me this is a card of taking time and consideration of different perspectives. It’s between the powerful cards of Justice and Death in the Major Arcana. I’m invoking the Princess of Swords. I call this the mindfulness card. I read the Page/Princess cards as cards of having a beginner’s mind.
