Thursday, April 6, 2023: This morning I pulled the 8 of Wands. I have been pulling a lot of eights lately, manifesting strength, authenticity and energy. One of the things about energy. Energy changes things and as much as you like to think you can control the direction of such things — not everything can be controlled. Acknowledging that fact I am invoking the Fool. A journey is beginning.

Sunday, April 20, 2025: Today I pulled the Hermit. For me this is a card of inward reflection. The important thing is look at yourself and reflect on who you are now. This is not who the world expects you to be or who you were yesterday. Friday, February 24, 2023: Today I pulled the Hanged Man. For me this is a card of taking time and consideration of different perspectives. It’s between the powerful cards of Justice and Death in the Major Arcana. I’m invoking the Princess of Swords. I call this the mindfulness card. I read the Page/Princess cards as cards of having a beginner’s mind.
