Family


Monday, April 10, 2023: The Ten of Cups is a card often associated with family. It’s love and lasting happiness. I invoked The Magician and this Magician is special to me. It’s a card of invoking logical family — that magical mix of chosen and biological family that is our real family. This card makes me think of a very special person in my logical family.

This card is a shapeshifter card that calls on me to use my strength and clear my mind of negativity and use the powers of the mind to escape the snare. I am invoking the Elder Spider oracle card, calling the spider to be on my side. Friday, February 24, 2023: Today I pulled the Hanged Man. For me this is a card of taking time and consideration of different perspectives. It’s between the powerful cards of Justice and Death in the Major Arcana. I’m invoking the Princess of Swords. I call this the mindfulness card. I read the Page/Princess cards as cards of having a beginner’s mind.
