Choice


Sunday, April 9, 2023: This morning I pulled The Lovers. For me this card is about all kinds of loving relationships, not just sexual — this applies to romantic partners, friends, family and even pen pals. I am invoking the Two of Cups. These cards are not just about relationships, they're cards of choice. All relationships are optional and we decide every day to opt in or not.

So, is that World I see peaking out?

This is not who the world expects you to be or who you were yesterday. Friday, February 24, 2023: Today I pulled the Hanged Man. For me this is a card of taking time and consideration of different perspectives. It’s between the powerful cards of Justice and Death in the Major Arcana. I’m invoking the Princess of Swords. I call this the mindfulness card. I read the Page/Princess cards as cards of having a beginner’s mind.
