Destruction


Wednesday, February 8, 2023: This morning I pulled the Tower. This is a card many people don’t like to see because it is a card of change, a card that threatens established institutions and ways of doing things. It’s a card of destruction. Often destruction is necessary. Rebuilding cannot happen without destruction. That’s why this card precedes the Star. I’m embracing the fall and invoking the “After The Storm” oracle card. Let the rebuilding begin.

This is not who the world expects you to be or who you were yesterday. Friday, February 24, 2023: Today I pulled the Hanged Man. For me this is a card of taking time and consideration of different perspectives. It’s between the powerful cards of Justice and Death in the Major Arcana. I’m invoking the Princess of Swords. I call this the mindfulness card. I read the Page/Princess cards as cards of having a beginner’s mind.
