Desire


Friday, Feb 3, 2023: On this day I pulled the 4 of Swords. This card, for me, reflects the Emperor (the Teacher) in the element of air. It’s a card of reflection and planning for what lay ahead, and so much does. I’m invoking the “What you want, wants you” oracle card confident that the path is just and true.

Sunday, April 20, 2025: Today I pulled the Hermit. For me this is a card of inward reflection. The important thing is look at yourself and reflect on who you are now. This is not who the world expects you to be or who you were yesterday. Friday, February 24, 2023: Today I pulled the Hanged Man. For me this is a card of taking time and consideration of different perspectives. It’s between the powerful cards of Justice and Death in the Major Arcana. I’m invoking the Princess of Swords. I call this the mindfulness card. I read the Page/Princess cards as cards of having a beginner’s mind.
