In the element of Earth, it's a recognition that haste is not always the best path. Decision points have multiple outcomes and possibilities. Once a decision is made possibilities are eliminated. The realm of earth moves slowly. Just because a decision is pending doesn't always mean it has to be decided immediately. The High Priestess shows the way.
